The flu shot is approved for use in people 6 months of age and older including healthy people and people with chronic medical conditions. Flu Mist:  The nasal-spray flu vaccine  – a vaccine made with live, weakened flu viruses that do not cause the flu. This type is approved for use in healthy people 2-49 years of age who are not pregnant. Types of Vaccines VNA Community Clinics The VNA provides vaccinations for all individuals 6 months of age and older at the following charges Flu shot - $25.00 Flu Mist - $30.00 VNA is able to accept/bill traditional Medicare Part B and Railroad Medicare Part B Insurance.
